With only 24 bottles of this unique bottling of an 'Orkney distillery' coming to Australia, this release is only available from Select Scotch Whisky. A whisky for lovers of earthy/damp ex-sherry cask whiskies!

Distilled at an undisclosed Orkney Distillery in 2015 before maturation in a single refill butt, bottled in June 2023 without colour additions or chill filtration. Only 791 bottles produced. 

From the bottler: "Nose: Cocoa powder gives way to an earth/oak damp style with just a hint of sea-spray. Palate: Cinnamon, brown sugar and juicy plums are balanced by a maritime/coastal quality Finish: The Sherry heritage is apparent with more spice alongside salted caramel" (CSL)

700mL, 46% VOL. From a single cask of only 791 bottles, with only 24 bottles coming to Australia.
