Douglas Laing's Old Particular Mannochmore 15 Year Old Scotch Whisky

Douglas Laing and Co's Old Particular range of Scotch Whisky consist of unique bottlings of hand selected Single Cask Scotch Whisky, bottled without colouring or chill filtering and at higher ABV's, just as the distiller intended..

The Mannochmore Distillery is found in the Speyside scotch whisky region, and is owned by Diageo. This bottling of Mannochmore 15 year old Scotch Whisky was distilled in September 2008 and matured in a single refill hogshead before bottling in December of 2023.

Notes from the bottler: "Nose: Aniseed and orange rind gives way to caramel and honey'd Malt. Palate: Golden syrup and double cream with freshly baked buttery biscuits. Finish: Long with hard candy, spiced oak and raspberry conserve sweetness" (CSL) 

The cask outturn was 325 bottles, and is bottled at 48.4% ABV.
