The Highland Park 25 year old single malt Scotch Whisky 2022 Release has been created from just 12 casks – five first-fill sherry seasoned European oak hogsheads, two first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and five virgin (unseasoned) American oak hogsheads, carefully selected and married together by the Highland Park Master Whisky Maker, Gordon Motion.

To taste expect sweet oak-smoked coconut, honeyed violets, warm woody spices, lychees and Seville oranges, aniseed, crushed rosemary and aromatic peat smoke.
