Glenburgie 2010 12 year old Sansibar Scotch Whisky

Sansibar Whisky is an Independent Bottler of Whiskies from around the world, founded in Germany in 2005 by Jens Derwitz. Since inception, Sansibar have built a reputation for bottling exceptional casks of whisky that are a delight to drink.

We have a limited number of bottles of this Sansibar bottled Glenburgie 12 year old single cask bottling.  The whisky was distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2022 after more than 12 years maturing in cask. The cask gave only 254 bottles.

Expect a whisky with a bright fruity and malty nose, with apricots, mandarins and lemon leaping from the glass with floral heather, vanilla and white chocolate notes. On the palate the whisky is incredibly smooth for the high ABV with slight sweetness and a slight peppery spice alongside the aforementioned floral and fruity notes.
