Campbeltown Blended Malt 7 Year Old 2014 Whisky Cellar Scotch Whisky
The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.
“Unconstrained by age or statement of vintage, regionality or cask type…if our tasting panel love the whisky enough, we will bottle it.” - Keith Bonnington, Founder.
This 7 year old bottling from an undisclosed Campbeltown distillery was distilled in March 2014, matured in a single hogshead before bottling in August 2021 by The Whisky Cellars in their series 3 releases for the Private Cellars Selection. The bottle is declared as a blended malt, but any blending carried out is likely to have been 'tea-spooning'.
