The Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask range of Single Cask Whisky from the family-owned independent bottlers, Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, are a very limited range from distilleries all over Scotland. All the bottles are numbered and once they are gone they cannot be replaced as they are from one-off bottlings from a single cask. The Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask Scotch Whiskies are bottled at cask strength and are all non-chill filtered.

This 24 year old single cask scotch whisky was distilled at the Linkwood Distillery in Speyside in 1996 before spending 27 years in a single ex-Bourbon barrel. The cask (#8248) produced 191 bottles of malt at a natural cask strength of 48.6% ABV. 

Expect a complex whisky with notes of floral honey, grasses, butterscotch and creamy vanilla.
