Aultmore 1993 28 Year Old Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask Scotch Whisky

The Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask range of Single Cask Whisky from the family-owned independent bottlers, Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, are a very limited range from distilleries all over Scotland. All the bottles are numbered and once they are gone they cannot be replaced as they are from one-off bottlings from a single cask. The Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask Scotch Whiskies are bottled at cask strength and are all non-chill filtered.

This 28 year old single cask scotch whisky was distilled at the Speyside Aultmore Distillery in 1993 before spending 28 years in a single ex-bourbon barrel. The cask (#4434) produced 233 bottles bottles of malt at a natural cask strength of 47.4% ABV. 

Expect a wonderfully fragrant dram with orchard fruits and a gentle hint of spice.
