Glen Keith 29 Year Old 1993 Whisky Cellar Scotch Whisky
The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.
“Unconstrained by age or statement of vintage, regionality or cask type…if our tasting panel love the whisky enough, we will bottle it.” - Keith Bonnington, Founder.
This 29 year old whisky from the Speyside Glen Keith distillery was distilled in January 1993 and matured in a single ex-Bourbon cask before bottling in February 2022 by The Whisky Cellars in their series 4 releases for the Private Cellars Selection.
Expect notes of honeycomb, orange zest, old oak, ginger spice and baked apricot pastries.
Bottled at Cask Strength with no chill filtration. Only 91 bottles produced from the casks, with only 6 making their way to Australia.
