Starward, based in Port Melbourne, burst onto the scene back in 2007 and quickly developed an enormous following thanks to their exceptionally delicious Australian Whiskies!

The Starward Solera Malt Whisky received Gold Medals at the World Whiskies Awards in 2016, 2017, and 2019.

The Starward Solera Australian Malt Whisky is twice distilled single malt whisky. Fermented Australian malted barley with brewers' yeast for an extra flavourful finish.

Solera Whisky is fully matured in carefully selected ex-Apera casks, an Australian fortified wine that's similar to Sherry. The traditional way we blend Solera means there's a drop of theoriginal cask in every bottle.

This is a really rich and well balanced whisky. Jammy fruits, creme brûlée and spice with a lingering dry finish. Hail Starward Solera!
